Board of directors

All non-profit organizations are governed by a Board of Directors (Board). The Board is legally and financially responsible for the conduct of the organization. It is not a passive role, but one that must be active for the good of the organization and to reduce the liability of the individual board members. TRCHB is fortunate enough to have board members of great diversity and skill that hold themselves, and the organization, to the highest of standards.  Our Board's loving and giving nature is an added bonus for both our students and our horses.
