Rapi

Rapi is a Dutch Warmblood who stands at 16.3 hands tall. He was born in 1995. He is like a big lap dog that likes to be in your personal space and is very ticklish. He came to TRC when his previous owner moved back to Catalina Island and was unable to take him with her.
