Reilly Kavanaugh (Heine)

Board Member

Reilly was born and raised in Redlands, California, and moved to Orange County to pursue her passion for design. She now lives in Laguna Hills, where she’s lucky to call an equestrian community home—perfectly suited for her love of horses, which began when she was young and first started riding.

Reilly began volunteering at the Therapeutic Riding Center of Huntington Beach in October 2024 and quickly fell in love with the students, the mission, and of course, the horses—handsome Cruise being a favorite. She quickly looked forward to each session, learning how TRCHB works and witnessing the bond between horse and rider grow—an experience she finds incredibly rewarding.

Her time with TRCHB also rekindled a long-lost passion for riding, and she has since returned to the saddle—this time exploring Western riding and reconnecting with the joy it brings.

Professionally, Reilly is the founder and creative director of two design studios—Little Creative Co. and Little Paper Press—specializing in custom branding, marketing, and stationery. She’s proud to support TRCHB with her creative skills and honored to serve on the Board of Directors, helping the program continue its mission and impact.
