Rosa Liebl

Rosa grew up in Spain, although spent most of her adult life living in Orange County.

Rosa recently retired after spending her whole career working at Chevron as an IT Professional. As retired, she wants to give back and sees TRC as a great cause that can enrich the lives of the participants.

Her love for horses started her senior year of High School while living in London and rode horses every day after school.

She is honored to be part of this team and to serve as a new TRC board member and hopes she can contribute to its success for years to come.
